We have hair salons with booth rentals available immediately at Salon and Spa Galleria. We provide work space and amenities to beauty, barber, nail, lash and massage technicians in exchange for rent. Each technician operates two businesses within a business. In our hair salons in Arlington, hair salons in Fort Worth and our hair salons in Mansfield, as well as our other locations everyone in their own suites, are responsible for promoting their own services, building their own clientele, and providing their own products to use and to sell out of their suite. The percentage of salons which include booth renters will grow fifty percent by the then end of 2015. At our facilities, we have several different layouts, sizes, and lease terms at each location.
