Some will argue with this point, but we believe it is important.  A managing firm located in New York, one-thousand miles from your booth rental, is not invested in your local community like a locally owned and operated managing firm. That’s just the real of it, a truth which is borne out time and time again.  If the salon suite rental firm has absentee ownership, keep looking for another ownership team.

What can they offer you in incentives?

And then it all comes down to cost!  At Salon & Spa Galleria, our costs range from $50-$400 per week, depending on the size and type of salon room you rent.  We believe a range of options is important.  One size does not fit all in the booth rental business.  You should have options to choose from. This is an important decision, a life-changing decision, so the more options you have the better.

Shop around! Do not be in a hurry.  Keep calling places; keep visiting places; try to negotiate the best salon booth rental contract you can.  Your future depends on your following these suggestions, so don’t be shy about negotiating.
