It’s a bit more complicated than the title suggests, but it is our contention that a salon booth lease but a strong work ethic can, and will, lead to success for a highly-motivated person.

What does a salon booth lease cost?

That’s the first question we are always asked: what does a salon booth rental cost? And our answer is this: it depends! It depends on location and it depends on the size of the salon suite.  At Salon & Spa Galleria, we have salon rooms which rent for $50 per week, and we have salon suites which rent for $400 per week.  Again, it all depends on what you are renting and where you are renting.

Salon suite incidental costs.

The first cost, the actual booth lease, is an easy one to quantify, but now we move into gray area. What is included in that salon booth cost?  If it is just the salon suite that’s one thing; if it is the salon suite plus utilities plus a marketing package, that is quite another; and it’s up to you to find out.

Taking our business model as an example, we include the following in every salon booth rental:

  • state of the art equipment in all luxury salon suites
  • hdtvs and cable service included in each suite
  • complimentary wi fi
  • 24/7 access to their own private studio.
  • security monitoring
  • utilities included
  • they can decorate their suite how they want
  • washers and dryers on site
  • full time concierge to assist them and their clients
  • tankless hot water heaters for endless supply hot water
  • short and long term leases available
  • marketing support-complimentary personal web page and internal marketing program. free press release to promote their business on the web.
  • break room with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and seating area

Now compare that to whatever “deals” you can find and make your decision.

Armed with all that information, you are now left with one question: do you have the determination and work ethic to be a success?  Only you can answer that question.  Only you know if you will wilt under pressure, or thrive on it. All we can do is put you in a position for success; the rest is up to you. It would be a shame to pass up the opportunity to succeed in business.
