You come into one of our twenty-two Salon & Spa Galleria. You don’t really know what this salon suite rental thing is all about. One of our leasing agents takes you to an empty salon suite, shows you around. They tell you the cost is $50 per week, and you gasp a gasp of surprise. They then tell you the following are included in the salon suite rental:

Your head starts spinning at the possibilities, because as you compute the figures, you realize that your overhead, plus rent, will be no more than $500 per month. Suddenly, this looks very doable.
How much will you earn if you rent a salon suite from us?
Let’s work with that figure of $500 per month, rent plus overhead. To pay that overhead, you will have to see between five and seven clients. If you have a good customer base of loyal customers, you will see that many clients in a single day, which means that the money made from clients after the first five to seven will be pure profit.
Let’s say you see five customers per day, Tuesday through Friday, with your rent and overhead already paid. And let’s also say you earn $75 per customer, on average. That means you will earn $1500 per week, pure profit, or $6000 per month. Multiply that times twelve months and yes, you are looking at an annual income of $72,000.
Please note we are being conservative in our estimates, and that the estimates are based on your having a sufficient customer base to warrant five customers per day.
